Manage short-term look-ahead programs to keep site progress strictly on schedule. Deliver daily site inductions, RAMS reviews, and safety briefings. What Our Client Is Looking For: Solid site management experience on Leisure, Hospitality, or Commercial projects. Good working knowledge of Tier 1 processes and high-standard site setups. Confident, client-facing communication style for public sector stakeholder interaction. Resident Liaison Officer Social Housing 21-22ph Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor A well established, Tier 1 construction and fire protection specialist, are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Manager to join their growing team. Based from Kent sites. Projects will be delivered around Kent/Surrey. Works that they specialise on will be planned/cyclical maintenance contracts for a social housing association. Day to day duties: To be the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates. Own all complaints and ensure that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner For longer planned works, keep the tenant updated with progress and be there if there are any issues that arise. Ensure correct resident liaison structure is built in order to deliver external maintenance contracts Work with the Contract Manager & Site team to make sure that the residents are informed of any issues and that should they send an enquiry, that we have dealt with it. Support the helpdesk with emails that come in from sub-contractors and client on a daily basis Carry out condition and customer satisfaction surveys Arranging and booking appointments/visits to properties Required Experience Seeking someone with experience working as a RLO previously. Strong communication skills over the phone and face to face and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and of your own accord is also desired. Site Manager 260/day Godstone - Sites between Tonbridge and Leatherhead Maintenance Contractor Company: A well-established, Tier 1, fast paced and ambitious construction, and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients. Role: The role is on a brand-new contract which involves a working on a planned externals project also covering some internal communal areas. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on site activities the course of this project, which is internal and planned work. The work will be on sites across Kent and Surrey, mainly Leatherhead to Tonbridge. This will involve: Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors Identifying, reviewing and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects. Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained. Ensuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations. Key Experience needed: Previous experience with Internal/External planned works. Minimum 5 years' experience is also desirable. Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
