The project consists of a new 2 storey extension to provide additional classrooms, specialist subject classrooms, hydrotherapy pool, outdoor play space, MUGA pitch and staff car park. The associated works include sewer systems, landscaping, infrastructure and enabling works.
The contract will last a minimum of 8 months and there's nothing to say if all goes well you won't be offered a permanent position off of the back of it.
Ideally my client has asked for previous experience building schools especially the internals side of things to help with the refurbishment aspect.
