Ideally hold 3 years of prior experience working in Residential or Education sectors
Currently a member or working towards RICS/APM/CIOB
Able to commute to and from site locations
Hold a degree in a RICS accredited course

Sentri Group is currently working with a privately-owned regional contractor that specialises across the external residential upgrades to luxury London properties.
They are looking for a Site Manager to oversee and run projects in the small works division with project values of £5m across London, namely Victoria, Chelsea & Kensington, and Westminster.
With the business adopting a free-thinking ethos the client is looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of the scheme and to utilise their expertise in shaping the way the project is delivered. They will be receptive to your ideas, thoughts, and suggestions.
Client-facing and commercially astute you will be a ‘hands on Site Manager capable of delivering substantial schemes to programme and budget. In addition to being a strong communicator, written and verbal, you will build strong working relationships with senior managers, subordinates, sub-contractors, and external consultants.
On offer for this Site Manager role is a day rate of £240 per day (umbrella)
