Site Manager Commercial Fit Out Oxford £65000-£75000 + Package We are working on behalf of a well-established, privately owned international construction group to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a major commercial fit-out project in Oxford. Our client is a market leader in high-quality interior fit-out and specialist building solutions, delivering complex projects across commercial offices, healthcare, education, aviation and infrastructure sectors. With a strong UK presence and the backing of a substantial European parent group, they combine financial stability with technical innovation and a reputation for excellence. The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day site operations on commercial interior fit-out projects Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour Driving programme performance and sequencing trades effectively Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance Ensuring quality control and client satisfaction Liaising with project managers, design teams and senior stakeholders The Candidate We are seeking a proactive and commercially aware Site Manager with: Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects Strong knowledge of interior systems (ceilings, partitions, floors, specialist finishes etc.) Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills A track record of delivering projects in live or high-spec environments SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential) Experience working on technically complex or high-value schemes would be advantageous.
