* Line management of Site Managers. Providing leadership, direction, and guidance, ensuring training needs are met

* To prepare internal and external progress reports
* Planning of the works in conjunction with the site team
* Direction of resources including both direct and sub-contract labour
* Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times

The Role

The role:
As an experienced Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for running the refurbishment project. This is working on behalf of a private client and will be external and internal refurbs. Scope of works -External Cladding,Rainscreen,EWI,Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades,AOU,Firedoors
Day to day: You will manage the site within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis: You will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.
The Company:
Part of a larger construction group they are leading provider of regeneration services in the UK. They design, build, refurbish and regenerate communities completing refurbishment, repairs and maintenance and housing development.
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Senior Site Manager,Project Manager or Manager in a similar regeneration student accommodation refurbishment or social house building environment .
You may have worked on either refurb of student accommodation, decent homes, kitchens and bathroom upgrades or have experience with EWI ,Cladding,AOU,Firedoors. A good all rounder with all the experience would be ideal as there will be lots of future work in this area.
It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid qualification, IT skills as well as a driving license.
