Duties of the Senior Foreman/Woman include: Supervising and coordinating daily site operations and workforce activities Leading teams of operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently Ensuring programme targets and project milestones are achieved Maintaining and enforcing high health & safety standards across site Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily activity planning Monitoring quality of works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and procedures Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate works Assisting with planning and sequencing of civil and infrastructure works Identifying and resolving on-site issues proactively Supporting overall project delivery through strong leadership and communication Requirements of the Senior Foreman/Woman include: Valid CSCS Card SSSTS or SMSTS certification Previous experience working as a Senior Foreman, Foreman, or Site Supervisor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction health & safety regulations and procedures Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour team If you are interested in this Senior Foreman/Woman position based in Peterhead, AB42 4XS , please apply and the team will be in touch.
