My client is offering a day rate of 500p/d Umbrella and can offer 1 day p/w WFH and the rest being on site/office. Role Description: As the Head of Facilities Management Services, you will provide direction and leadership, operational management and financial control for the development of Hammersmith and Fulham's operational FM service. You will provide the highest standard of service in terms of Hard and Soft Services maintenance and statutory compliance, together with associated repairs and refurbishment projects, whilst providing a proactive repairs service across our estate. You will have excellent knowledge and experience of Hard and Soft Services together with strong management skills, in line with our policy to ensure our staff are able to get the best out of their abilities and potential. The role will require a proactive and practical hands on approach to the requirements of this role, this will involve both office based works and inspection of the council's facilities and sites on a regular basis, and meetings with Staff Cabinet members and the public which will require excellent communication skills at all levels.
