My client is a Leading, Tier 1 Construction Company. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Sub Agent to join their Civil Engineering business working initially in preconstruction documentation out of their Rail Offices in Basingstoke before mobilising to a project in Westminster. From January 2027, the successful candidate will be based onsite at Westminster which has a 10month programme. There is 2 more years of CP7 and 5 years of CP8 to deliver so there is scope to remain with the SRE longer for the foreseeable future. In support of the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, and have responsibility to ensure health, safety, environmental & quality compliance as well as programme and budget requirements. You will be closely supported by a dedicated site team and a very experienced Works Manager. Due to the nature of this project, the successful individual will be required to work a mixture of day and night shifts with the latter attracting a sizeable rate uplift. This is a long-term contract opportunity with an estimated duration of 9-12 months.
