Due to growing demands, our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex major Construction fit out projects in Central London.
You will be site-based working on a large £60 Million Commercial Fit out scheme in the City of London responsible for all Commercial aspects and leading a team of Quantity Surveyors. This role will report directly into the Commercial Director so you will need to be self-sufficient and competent, having worked on a similar sized project previously.

This client has a proven track record of promoting people from within and put real effort into upskilling their staff and pushing people as far as they can career wise.
A Senior Site Manager duties will include:
* Being responsible for all health and safety on site
* Reporting into a Project Manager on a weekly basis
* Managing sub-contractors on a daily basis as well as pushing them and driving the project on
* Dealing with any design changes and working closely with the commercial and design team
* Pushing the project forward and getting the project built on time and to budget
* Effectively being the 'eyes and ears' on site
I feel this role would be suitable for a current site manager working for a larger contractor who has had enough of not getting recognised for their achievements. This company have a very high staff retention and treat their staff very well.
