Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as void turnaround time, cost, and property condition. Develop and implement strategies to reduce re-let times. Manage budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place and adhered to. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, housing standards, and legislative requirements. Maintain accurate records of voids and produce regular reports for senior management.
