Quantity Surveyor - Major Rail Infrastructure JV London Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 + package Hybrid working The Project My client is a high-profile joint venture delivering one of the most complex and technically demanding civil engineering contracts in the UK right now. The scope is significant - twin-bored TBM tunnels, SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge reconstruction, earthworks, and major services diversions - on a nationally critical rail programme. It's large-scale, long-term, and genuinely interesting work. They're growing their commercial team to deliver an increasing pipeline of work and they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them. The Role This is a broad QS role covering both pre and post-contract commercial duties. You'll work as part of an integrated project team, either independently or under the direction of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with real responsibility from day one. The focus is on delivering accurate, value-generating commercial input across the full lifecycle of your allocated works.
