Main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a 120M new build RC Frame residential development in East London. The project is due to break ground in May, so you will be overseeing the project from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role on a large-scale scheme, reporting directly to the Project Manager and playing a key part in driving the project through its delivery phases. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Report directly to the Project Manager, supporting the overall delivery of the 120M residential scheme. Manage key packages and coordinate subcontractors across the RC frame and build stages of the project.
