Individual package sizes vary depending on the size and capability of each subcontractor, but a rough range is from £1 million up to £20 million each for most of the businesses and then a couple who would look at Senior Surveyors based on 1 to 2 packages at a time with values of £20 million to £40 million each. Company size varies as well, with the smallest of these contractors turning over around £40 million per annum and the largest turning over around £200 million per annum. We have clients of all sizes and capabilities within these fields, currently looking to recruit but most currently turnover around £50 million to £150 million per annum.
