The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering refurbishment projects, including roofing, cladding, and associated external works on high rise blocks. We are looking for candidates with comparable refurbishment experience on high risk buildings and live environments working for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience managing projects of £20m+. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
