Commercial Support: Identify opportunities for "extra works," providing technical specifications and accurate quotes to the client to drive portfolio growth. Compliance & Safety: Conduct regular site audits, review RAMS, and issue Permits to Work for high-risk activities. Ensure all site logbooks and CAFM records are audit-ready. Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of escalation for the client, attending regular progress meetings and providing technical solutions to complex infrastructure challenges. Subcontractor Management: Procure and oversee specialist vendors, ensuring their work aligns with our safety standards and technical requirements. Technical Requirements: Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an Mechanical or HVAC discipline. Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or "Lead Engineer" capacity within a mobile commercial environment. Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is essential. Professional Attributes: Leadership: The ability to motivate a remote team and manage workloads effectively across multiple locations.
