They are now looking for a competent Architectural REVIT Technician to join them and assist with the design of numerous new Residential schemes. The responsibilities of the Architectural REVIT Technician will include: ·Producing detailed design and fabrication drawings. ·Coordinating with colleagues including Senior Architectural staff and Directors. ·Using REVIT & AutoCAD to a high standard. ·Mentoring and guiding younger/lesser experienced members of staff if required. ·Working on numerous projects simultaneously. ·Occasionally visiting development sites. Key requirements of the Architectural REVIT Technician include: ·Relevant Architectural or construction related degree. ·3+ years in an Architectural/technical role. ·Proficiency using both AutoCAD and REVIT software. ·Previous experience & knowledge or Residential-type schemes (High-rise preferred). ·Excellent organisation, commutation and time-management skills.
