Provide strategic input into contract pricing, risk analysis, and cost planning. Key Requirements Significant experience estimating within the social housing repairs and maintenance sector . Strong working knowledge of the NHF Schedule of Rates and associated pricing methodologies. Experience pricing repairs, voids, and planned works programmes . Proven experience building AOV models and PPP financial models . Advanced Excel modelling skills , including cost modelling and data analysis. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of housing maintenance contracts. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with wider teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Desirable Experience Experience working with housing associations, local authorities, or Tier 1 maintenance contractors. Familiarity with repairs and asset management systems (e.g., Totalmobile, MRI, Northgate, or similar). Previous experience supporting framework tenders or long-term maintenance contracts .
