The successful candidate will have a excellent estimating experience and knowledge of NEC4 contracts, ideally you will come from a civil engineering background, but would be open to those with strong commercial experience overall looking for a change of sector. There is also some junior members of the team, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys developing others and wants to take ownership of the commercial function.
