Full membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CABE, CIOB, CIBSE). Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations and ability to assess compliance from first principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven time management and project prioritisation capabilities. Desirable: Experience with multi-tenanted commercial buildings. The role will be responsible for the ongoing review and inspection of the Estate and its building portfolio; to include maintaining an accurate condition survey record and successful delivery of assigned minor works to programme and within allocated budget.
