Key Responsibilities Assisting Roofers with responsive roofing repairs and planned maintenance. Preparing materials, tools and equipment for roofing works. Carrying out roof strip-outs and assisting with the installation of new roofing materials. Loading and unloading materials safely. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area. Assisting with guttering, fascias, soffits and roofline repairs. Working in occupied and void social housing properties. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures. Essential Requirements Previous experience working as a Roofer's Mate or Roofing Labourer. Experience working within roofing repairs or maintenance. Ability to work at height safely. Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites. Full UK Driving Licence preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable Site Manager with a strong refurbishment background and previous experience working within occupied environments such as schools, nurseries, healthcare facilities, or similar sensitive settings. The Project The successful candidate will be responsible for managing refurbishment works within a live nursery environment, ensuring the safe delivery of works while maintaining strict safeguarding and health & safety standards.
