Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering an excellent resident experience. Monitor contract performance and implement continuous improvements where required. Requirements for the Contract Manager - Electrical Testing: Proven experience managing EICR contracts within social housing or a regulated residential environment. Approved Electrician qualification with City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of BS 7671, inspection & testing procedures, and EICR coding. Previous experience managing teams, budgets, and client relationships.
