About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Housing & Support Assistant (Night) to join a supported housing service in Uxbridge. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service while helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. This is a varied role combining reception, administration, housing support, and health & safety responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and external agencies. Deliver excellent customer service and respond to enquiries professionally. Carry out reception duties, including answering calls, managing emails and post, processing payments, and reporting repairs. Welcome new residents and assist with sign-ins, move-ins, and general enquiries. Conduct regular health & safety, security, and wellbeing checks throughout the building. Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with challenging situations professionally. Good IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records. Flexible to work a rota, including weekdays and weekends. Right to work in the UK. A satisfactory DBS check will be required.
