Job Title: Technical Inspector (Damp and Mould Surveys) Location: Rochdale Contract Type: Temporary Agency Role Duration: Up to 8 Weeks Salary Equivalent: Approx. £40,000 per annum Hours: 36.25 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am 3:45pm, with occasional later starts and 5:00pm finishes Equipment & Vehicle: All equipment and a vehicle will be provided We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Inspector to support our Property Services team on a temporary agency basis for up to 8 weeks to provide sickness cover. This role will focus primarily on conducting Damp & Mould Surveys and associated property inspections across residential housing stock. As a Technical Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and condition of residential properties. You will undertake a range of property inspections, including damp & mould assessments, structural evaluations, and post-inspections of completed remedial works. Using your technical expertise, you will diagnose property issues, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and ensure works are completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
