They are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager after successfully securing a number of new contract awards across the London & South West of England which has lead to a sustained period of growth. This growth has led to an increase in turnover. The Company has the aim to continue with their growth in the comingnext years. They have developed an excellent reputation for themselves in market sectors including: Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Mixed Use, Hotel, Care & Industrial. They are an entirely relationship driven business and pride themselves on the fact that over 60% of their workload is negotiated with existing clients with whom they have built lasting relationships. The Project Manager Role As a Project Manager you will be able to manage multiple (2-3) projects each valued between £1m - £10m each, working with any issues as they arise.
