Reporting into the senior property leadership team, you will have responsibility for Property and Asset Management across a regionally focused portfolio, whilst managing and developing a small team. Work closely with internal investment, development, finance and other teams to deliver wider portfolio objectives. Provide commercial and strategic property advice to senior stakeholders. Commission and manage external professional advisers, ensuring high-quality delivery and value for money. Lead, motivate and develop a small team, creating a collaborative and high-performing client-side environment. Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance. Ensure appropriate governance, compliance and risk management across the estate. About You We are looking for an experienced Senior Estates Manager, Senior Property Manager, Asset Manager or Estates professional with a strong commercial property background. You will ideally have: Significant experience managing commercial property portfolios, preferably within a client-side environment. Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters and wider property management. Proven experience delivering asset management and value-creation initiatives. Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of property investment and portfolio performance. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. The confidence to operate autonomously while working collaboratively across a wider organisation. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day delivery.
