They are looking for an enthusiastic, people focused and entrepreneurial Quantity Surveyor to join their dedicated commercial and operational team, who specialise in Painting and Decorating and associated planned refurbishment works to the public, private, residential and educational sector . Estimating and measuring are key . The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of social housing contracts from tender through to final account.
