Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Due to continued growth they are now seeking an ambitious, hard-working team member with a proven record of managing subcontract packages. The position will involve of pre and post contract duties including: * Identifying market opportunities and marketing the company * Producing tenders, primarily from specification of drawings * Tender negotiations * Material budgets, schedules and labour targets * Interim payment applications, valuations and final accounts * Managing sub-contract accounts * Financial monitoring and cost reporting You will: * Ideally have relevant quantity surveying qualifications (highly beneficial but not essential) * Experience within passive fire protection industry - Durasteel, FM blue, boarding, intumescent paint, doorsets etc. * Good communication, negotiation and numerical skills * Able to work independently or within a team * Full UK Drivers Licence This is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant experience looking to join a contractor that offers excellent working conditions and financial reward.
