Spot potential project risks early, putting robust mitigation plans in place and managing scope changes through the correct contract procedures. Champion a strong safety culture on site, conducting regular inspections to ensure all works meet strict health, safety, and quality standards. Administer contracts diligently, resolve disputes professionally, and manage final inspections to ensure a seamless client handover. You will be need to be an excellent communicator, with a track record for successfully delivering projects over 5m on time, to a high quality and promoting excellent standards of Health and Safety. Major Works Project Manager - Canary Wharf Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday Work from home: Once per week (Friday) Duties & Responsibilities Lead on all stages of project delivery from feasibility, concept and design and manage through to completion and sign-off.
