Quantity Surveyor opportunity to work with a leading Main Contractor based in Kent
Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a well-known Main Contractor in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an opportunity to work on a large mixed-use development in the Kent area.
Our client is a major international Main Contractor that has a proven track record across London and overseas working across Construction, residential and infrastructure. Being a multi-Billion turnover business with various division, our client has built up a solid reputation for themselves in the marketplace and have been proven delivering some major schemes. As well as major mixed-use schemes, our client works across various sectors including Hospitals, Education, commercial offices, and leisure schemes on a mixture of design and build, refurbishment, and new build.
For this role, our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work across various packages on this project reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Previous experience working with another Main Contractor or a housing Developer would be preferred for this role.
Our client is looking to pay a competitive salary dependant on experience up to £50,000 plus package dependant on experience.

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor has arisen with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor in the South East. Splitting your time between their Central London offices and 2-3 locations across Surrey, Sussex & Kent, you'll have an opportunity to quickly progress your career whilst gaining exposure to a number of exciting water projects including the refurbishment and construction of treatment plants, water storage facilities and large tunnels.
