You will need to have a relevant qualification at degree level or equivalent (ideally Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management etc) and relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor gained in private practice or consultancy. Ideally in addition you will be MRICS qualified or alternatively working towards gaining this. Any experience gained in the Employers Agent role would also be an advantage.
