Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
Construction Jobs West Midlands
Senior Quantity Surveyor vacancy with a Construction Consultancy based in the West Midlands. This firm is busy across a variety of commercial private sector projects and continues to grow despite the restrictions of the current pandemic. In fact their workload has continued to be very busy with a number of blue chip clients. We're now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They are based within the west midlands but are currently working remotely and expect this to continue to be the case for the foreseeable future. However as we would still anticipate the successful candidate, as part of their own career progression, to want to spend perhaps a day or two in the office they must be currently based within the west midlands region. There will also be some travel to site as you would expect. We're looking for either a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least circa 5 years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within consultancy / private practice and you should have a good degree in Quantity Surveying or similar ideally RICS accredited. This role will also require good all round pre and post contract PQS / Quantity Surveying experience in multi-million pound new build projects with any experience in the Employer's Agent role a definite plus
