Once the particular project is won the candidate would then provide the operations manager all the information needed to manufacture the job.
The duration of the job will be ongoing. Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm. Weekends will be depending on site.
Requirements:
Experience of estimating specialist joinery with a proven track record
Knowledge of fire doors and relevant certification would be advantageous
Have the ability to implement policies and procedures
Knowledge of D&B contracts and ability to source information from contract documents ( Contractors proposals, employers requirements, NBS etc)
Past experience of working with main contractors would be advantageous
IT literate, excel, outlook, etc
