Quanity Surveyor needed in Derby Approach Personnel construction team are looking for a Quanity Surveyor in Derby. The role would be to grow and maintain working relationships with main contractors around the east midlands area. This would start by estimating enquiries that come through the door with ability to propose solutions where information is missing or the main contractor needs guiding through solutions to win the job. This is the key skill set due to tenders enquiries often containing scarcely put together schedules and drawings. Once the particular project is won the candidate would then provide the operations manager all the information needed to manufacture the job. The duration of the job will be ongoing. Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm. Weekends will be depending on site.
