More specifically, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Council's new Planning Enforcement Team on a permanent, full-time basis, who would focus on enforcement matters in relation to the built heritage, focusing in particular on conservation areas and listed buildings. Forming part of the Development Management Service, which deals with statutory duties and requirements under the Town and County Planning Acts and other related legislation, the postholder would play a key role in monitoring and regulating developments across the county and in particular would work to protect the county's heritage.
