Quantity Surveyor Later Living Developer Based: Oxford Area Permanent: Up to £70,000 + Package We are currently searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the busiest Later Living Developers in the Northern and Southern Home Counties. Due to a very healthy pipeline of new projects coming online this year, they are keen to bolster their commercial team and bring in some new talent. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be commercially responsible for projects from inception to completion, with support from a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for M&E packages on one or more projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients.
