Proactive approach to keeping up to date with developments in the sector with regards to asset management and investor works. Have a working knowledge of the current planning and building regulations and ensuring you are always up to date with new developments. Excellent working knowledge of Party Wall Act. Excellent working knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard, Section 20 Consultations and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System High level of working knowledge and experience of all Health and Safety legislation i.e. Fire Safety, H&SW Act, Asbestos, Legionella, etc. Awareness and experience of all aspects of procurement and procurement methods.
