If you're an experienced Project Manager with a background in Industrial, Logistics or Warehouse Construction , and you're looking for a role where you'll lead high-value, live environment projects from planning through to delivery, this could be the next step in your career. We're expanding our team to support a major programme of works across the UK, including projects within existing Amazon Warehouses and other live operational environments. With 9 projects already secured for next year , you'll be joining a well-established team delivering complex schemes valued between £5m and £10m . The Role You'll take responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously, with a particular focus on: Project Planning & Programming Live Phasing & Sequencing of Works Managing projects valued between £5m - £10m Working closely with the Operations Team to coordinate live environments Delivering Steel Frame Construction and specialist Fit-Out Packages Managing projects within operational warehouse and logistics facilities Ensuring project delivery meets programme, safety, quality and commercial objectives Projects are primarily located throughout London, Kent, Birmingham and Bristol , although candidate location is flexible. The role will typically involve 3-4 days on site and 1 day working from home , with very little requirement to attend a regional office.
