The Role   We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-contract activities and ensure the successful transition of projects from client instruction through to contract execution. This is a pivotal role within TG Escapes, focused on securing viable, profitable projects while coordinating internal teams, consultants, and clients.  This role is office-based at our Coventry Head Office, therefore candidates must be within a commutable distance, although flexible/hybrid working may be available for the right individual.   Key Responsibilities   Pre-Construction Leadership   Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-construction phase for clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Lead internal pre-construction meetings, tracking actions, risks, and programme milestones. Ensure all activities align with company processes, timelines, and commercial objectives.   Project Feasibility & Early Engagement   Support the sales team in reviewing new enquiries for viability, constraints, and risks. How successfully they achieve real and lasting change depends on whether they are organised and whether they have the right strategy and tactics to be effective. We want youth organising to be enshrined in the UK for generations to come, and for young people to have tangible political power to influence national policy. That s why we have launched two national coalitions, one around climate, and the other around gender. Each will train organisations across the country to become youth organisers and work together to bring 100 young people together to identify the strategy and tactics needed to achieve change.
