The successful individual will play a pivotal role in delivering a portfolio of new build footbridge schemes within South and Mid-Wales Key Responsibilities will include: Managing daily site operation, including safety-critical activities Overseeing site safety culture and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Coordinating resource, plant, and material procurement Ensuring work is executed in line with legislation, contract terms, and health and safety plans Managing contract progress against programme and budget Liaising with site teams, surveyors, and stakeholders to monitor and report on project progress Identifying, managing, and implementing contract changes effectively Producing formal progress reports for project and contract managers You will report to a Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a Site Agent in rail and civil engineering environments, with experience in delivering access for all projects. Essential qualifications and skills include: SMSTS Certification PTS Certification CSCS Card Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering
