Establish inspection and test plans (ITPs) for mechanical, electrical, and public health installations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards. Provide guidance and support to site engineers and supervisors on QA/QC requirements and best practice. Analyse recurring quality issues and implement preventive measures.
