This gives you a strong platform from which to build relationships and develop new sectors rather than selling a single service in isolation. About You We're looking for someone with a proven track record in business development, growth or strategic client development within engineering consultancy, MEP, sustainability or the wider built environment. You may come from a technical engineering background and have moved into a commercial/growth role, or you may already be operating in a senior business development or sector leadership position. You'll need to be commercially astute, highly networked and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. An existing network across developers, contractors, architects, consultants or other built environment organisations would be highly valuable. Technical knowledge of MEP, sustainability, low-carbon design or building performance is important, but this is ultimately a role for someone who can build relationships, identify opportunities and turn them into revenue. Why consider it? This is a chance to take on a genuinely influential position where your relationships, market knowledge and commercial judgement can directly shape the growth of a business. You'll have access to senior leadership, responsibility for key client relationships and the freedom to develop new opportunities across London and beyond. Due to the confidential nature of the appointment, further information on the business and package will be discussed privately with suitable candidates. Whether you're working in larger corporate companies or a small SME, this is certainly one to take note of. Please don't hesitate to apply or get in touch for further info at the email below; we can arrange a confidential conversation anytime to suit you.
