Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber, Wet Worker, Mechanical Installation Engineer, or Pipefitter to join their team in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter Responsibilities Travel throughout the Edinburgh and surrounding areas to attend commercial sites covering either small works or large plant room replacement work. Carry out commercial plumbing service, maintenance, repair, and installation works. Work on hot and cold water systems, radiators, valves, pipework, cylinders, tanks, immersions, and associated components for communal building areas. Work on occupied commercial, industrial, and domestic properties. Carry out plant room replacement works and commercial mechanical upgrades. Install and replace pipework, radiators, cylinders, hot water systems, pumps, booster sets, boilers, tanks, valves, immersions, and associated components. Carry out 1st and 2nd fix commercial plumbing and mechanical installation works. Maintain and repair heating systems, HIU systems, pipework, valves, and ancillary plant room equipment. Support small works, project works, and occasional commercial new build projects. Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter Requirements Experience working as a Commercial Plumber, Wet Worker, Mechanical Installation Engineer, Pipefitter, or Mechanical Fitter. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating / Heating and Ventilation, or equivalent. Experience working as a maintenance / repairs Plumber or a Pipefitter. Professional approach when working within occupied commercial, industrial, and domestic properties. Based within a commutable distance of Edinburgh and surrounding. Full UK Driving Licence. Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter Remuneration Salary of 42,000 - 60,000 depending on experience, skill set, and role suitability. Travel pay after 15 minutes. Monday to Friday working week. Standard working hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime available. Call out 1 in 8, paid 180 standby. Overnight allowance of 35 per night where required. Company van, including private use.
