About the company and role:
I'm pleased to be supporting a young and friendly practice based in Norwich who are now looking to expand their team due to an increase in workload. My client is known for their innovative designs, with some of their most recent work focusing on One-off/ High-end housing projects and Large Developer Schemes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience post Part 3 or if Newly Qualified already have 5+ year's in practice experience prior to qualification.

To be an Architect you must:
Be Part 3 RIBA qualified.
Have UK based experience and strong knowledge of the UK Building Regulations.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent software skills, design capabilities and technical skills.
Meet deadlines to a high standard both individually and whilst working as a team.Whilst working as an Architect you will:
Assist the design team members in the preparation and development of projects.
Be in charge of overseeing and running various projects.
Communicate with all members of your design team.
Attending site meetings.
Commutable locations: Norfolk, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, Bury St Edmonds, Stowmarket
