Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a maintenance plumber to their facilities & estates team. Your new role Your duties may include: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial building plumbing systems. Inspect, repair, and replace pipework, valves, fittings, taps, toilets, urinals, and sanitary ware. Maintain hot and cold water distribution systems across various buildings, residences, sports facilities, and other commercial properties. Assist with diagnosis and rectifying plumbing faults, leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues. Work with other trades (electricians, joiners, painters) on multidisciplinary projects.
