Reporting to the Technical Director, typical responsibilities will include: * Providing a practical and cost effective technical service * Management of the department * Managing the fees and budget for each development * Liaise with Land, Development, Construction and Sales departments * Provide support to the Technical Director Ideal applicants will be existing Technical Managers working for a developer. Experienced coordinators with significant scheme experience will also be considered. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators and possess the ability to prioritise tasks.
