As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be: Carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works to social housing void properties Completing a variety of multi-trade repairs to bring properties back to a lettable standard Undertaking joinery, basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating as required Working across multiple client contracts throughout the North West Travelling to sites across Preston, Liverpool, Manchester and occasionally further afield Delivering work to a high standard while working independently or as part of a team I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Experience working on social housing void properties or domestic refurbishment projects A strong background across multiple trades Their own van and tools (preferred) A full UK driving licence The ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality work Availability to commit to full-time, long-term work This Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits: 20 - 22 per hour Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE available) Full-time, ongoing work Employed or self-employed options available Immediate start available Long-term opportunity with a growing contractor Location & Travel Work is primarily on void social housing properties across Preston, Liverpool and Manchester , with occasional travel to surrounding areas across the North West.
