Working Site Foreman / Site Manager Location: Chippenham Duration: 6 weeks Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Rate: £280 - £310/shift We are looking for a working Site Foreman / Site Manager to oversee a 6-week town hall refurbishment project in Chippenham. The ideal candidate will be either be from a carpentry trade background or multi trade, with solid experience in general refurbishment , and be comfortable working hands-on as well as managing the day-to-day site activities. The works will include: Stripping out existing areas and finishes Removing existing bathroom/toilet tiles Reboarding walls and ceilings Dry lining and boxing in Installing White Rock wall panels Fitting fixtures and fittings General joinery/carpentry and refurbishment works Coordinating and overseeing other trades on site Maintaining a safe, tidy and well-organised working environment The ideal candidate: Has previous experience as a Working Site Foreman, Site Manager or Supervisor Ideally has a joinery/carpentry or multi-trade background Is confident working hands-on and leading the refurbishment works Has experience with strip-out, reboarding, dry lining and general fit-out Can coordinate other trades and keep the project moving to programme Takes pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship Holds the relevant site qualifications/tickets for the role Must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos and Fire Marshal

Freelance Site Supervisor / Foreman / Site Manager Blackpool Region I'm currently working with a well-established client who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor, Foreman or Site Manager to oversee a programme of highway resurfacing works across Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong highways, surfacing or civil engineering background to take ownership of multiple live sites, acting as the client's representative and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You'll be responsible for overseeing 3-4 live resurfacing schemes at any one time, managing contractor performance, monitoring programme delivery and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the works. This role would suit someone who enjoys being out on site, building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders, and taking a proactive approach to project delivery. Key Responsibilities Overseeing multiple road resurfacing and highways maintenance schemes. Monitoring contractor performance, productivity and programme compliance. Undertaking site inspections and quality assurance checks. Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained at all times. Coordinating with contractors, local residents and key stakeholders. Reviewing and maintaining site records, reports and progress updates. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Qualifications SSSTS or SMSTS. CSCS Card. NRSWA Supervisor Accreditation.
