Your new role As an MTC Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for managing the commercial aspects of maintenance and small works projects. Your new role Working as part of the commercial team, you will contribute to the effective delivery on a mix of prestigious local contracts within a Measured Term Contract agreement, from the Public Sector Authority Schedule of Rates.As a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor you will provide commercial support, specific to mechanical works, to the operational teams, delivering planned & reactive maintenance and minor works projects across a number of contracts throughout Northern Ireland. Some of the key duties will be to: Manage minor works measures completed by site-based operations teams, ensuring all job write-ups & day works are accurately completed and to programme.
