This is a dual-role position requiring an IPAF-qualified operative who can not only safely operate a MEWP but also undertake a variety of general maintenance and site support tasks. This role would suit a practical, hands-on individual with a strong background in general building maintenance, repairs, and working at height. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) in accordance with IPAF regulations and site procedures. Carry out minor decoration and making-good works.
