The role is carrying out reactive maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting and minor electrical tasks.

Training and developmentDuties will include:
Carry out reactive work and minor works
PPM activities may include gutter clearance, fire door inspections and any other activity aligned with the build trade
Reactive work includes tiling, curtain and blind repairs, locks, guttering, doors, hinges and door furniture, kitchen cabinets and worktops, small flooring jobs and any other relevant build jobs
Ensure all confidential information remains within the company and is not relayed in either verbal or written form to persons or organisations outside the company
Adhere to all company protocols and procedures
Continuous review with the objective of identifying and implementing improvement and cost saving measures What my client is looking for:

MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
The Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is a site based role located in a cluster of three sites. It offers a varied day-to-day work load. The successful candidate will be expected to attend jobs and update systems as directed by the central helpdesk to carry out reactive repairs to the property which can vary from basic repairs to the fabric of the property to assisting other technicians on the more detailed fit out or complex works.
The successful candidate must be a self starter and proactive in their approach to works always offering the best possible service to the client and presenting the partnership in the highest possible light.
The successful candidate will be expected to be part of a call out rota attending other sites for emergency reactive works.
This position will be a 07.00am to16.00pm 5 days a week.
4 days in Chelsea and 1 day covering the other 2 sites Stevenage & Gunnels wood.
This position is a multi-skilled position you will be expected to have a good Knowledge of:
* Electrical works, Changing fittings, light bulbs & various electrical works.
* Mechanical works in the plant room include Changing pumps, Unblocking sinks/Toilets
* AHU
* BMS & Trend practical Experience essential
* Mechanical/commercial boiler practical experience
* Booster pump sets practical experience
* Must have an excellent Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge
