The successful candidate must be a self starter and proactive in their approach to works always offering the best possible service to the client and presenting the partnership in the highest possible light. The successful candidate will be expected to be part of a call out rota attending other sites for emergency reactive works. This position will be a 07.00am to16.00pm 5 days a week. 4 days in Chelsea and 1 day covering the other 2 sites Stevenage & Gunnels wood. This position is a multi-skilled position you will be expected to have a good Knowledge of: * Electrical works, Changing fittings, light bulbs & various electrical works. * Mechanical works in the plant room include Changing pumps, Unblocking sinks/Toilets * AHU * BMS & Trend practical Experience essential * Mechanical/commercial boiler practical experience * Booster pump sets practical experience * Must have an excellent Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge Package * Van * Fuel card * Mobile phone * Uniform * PPE * Salary is TBC at Interview The right candidate must have a can do attitude be polite, friendly and easily approachable.
