Ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and health & safety regulations. Use a hand-held device to log job details and updates. Engage with residents and clients, keeping them informed about work progress. Ensure PPE and equipment are in good working condition. Maintain calibrated tools and testing equipment as per industry requirements. Report variations in work and update the administration team on any site changes. Work closely with other engineers, plumbing teams, and building teams to coordinate installations. Produce certificates, job sheets, reports, and other documentation for completed works. Submit timesheets, delivery notes, expenses, and required paperwork weekly. Attend staff briefings and company meetings as required. Experience Required Previous experience in Social Housing installation and maintenance projects. Direct experience working with residents and clients is an advantage.
