A national Commercial Gas & Plumbing FM Maintenance company, who provide service & repair to commercial, retail and hospitality clients across the UK - now require a Commercial Plumber to join their team.
They are looking for an individual's who can work on their own or as part of a team, are self-driven and motivated.
With offices in London & Glasgow, they work in all areas of the UK. We have bult an excellent contract base of clients based on quality of service and contract delivery.
Role
Working of a PDA, you will be a mobile Commercial Plumber, undertaking Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance covering all aspects of commercial plumbing including; installation and repair, legionella testing & water management, risk assessments and closed loop testing of chilled & heating systems.
Although with offices in London & Glasgow, they work in all areas of the UK - so travel will be required.
Candidate
Can work on their own or as part of a team, self-driven and motivated
Plumber (time served) and qualified
Commercial Plumbing experience - essential
Able to undertake all aspects of plumbing including installation, maintenance and reactive repairs
Unvented hot water systems G3 trained
Legionella maintenance experience - advantage
Confined Spaces Trained - advantage
CSCS card

IPAF
Experience of working with a FM/Maintenance company - advantageRemuneration
